• CC 766(1) surety revocation
• CC 334(B) theft under X 4
• CC 145(5)(B) fail to attend court X 3
• CC 145(5)(A) fail to appear prints X 3
• CC 145(3) breach of recognizance
• CC 145(2)(B) fail to attend court X 2
