Santa making a special Saturday stop at Helping Hands

The most popular man of the month is taking time away from his busy schedule to come to the Sault tomorrow.

Santa Claus will be available Saturday for photos at a festive drop-in event at Sault Ste. Marie Helping Hands on Wellington Street West from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

"This event is a way for us to give back to the community and spread holiday joy,” said the organization’s president, Robert Peace. “We invite everyone to join us for a day of fun, warmth, and celebration."

Enjoy hot chocolate and cookies along with live music while everyone celebrates the season together.

"Sault Ste. Marie Helping Hands is proud to offer this event free of charge to the community, but cash donations are always graciously accepted,” Helping Hands said in a news release. 

“The funds collected will go towards supporting the organization's ongoing efforts to make a positive impact in the lives of those in need within the Sault Ste. Marie community.”
