Get ready for how amazing you are going to be and join us for our annual fall Open House! Taking place on two convenient days and times to meet the needs of our guests, the Open House is happening on Thursday, Oct. 11 from 6 – 8 p.m. and Friday, Oct. 12 from 9 – 11 a.m. in the Health and Wellness Centre.

“Sault College is excited to once again open its doors for the annual fall open house,” said Tanya Running, manager strategic enrolment, Sault College. “This year the open house will take place on two different dates and times to be more inclusive and offer our guests the flexibility to choose a date and time that works best for them. Our student recruiters, faculty and service areas will be on hand for the event and our guests will be able to see our incredible facilities, learn more about our many great programs, and meet with representatives from various other Ontario colleges,” she adds.

Representatives from Algonquin, Cambrian, Canadore, Centennial, Conestoga, Confederation, Fanshawe, Fleming, George Brown, Humber, La Cite, Lambton, Loyalist, Niagara, Northern, Ridgetown, St. Clair, St. Lawrence, Seneca, and Sheridan colleges will also be on-hand to offer insight to prospective students.

Local high school students looking to attend can also reach out to their guidance counsellor as bussing will be available on Friday, Oct. 12.

Guests will also have a chance to learn more about the variety of Sault College January start programs. “There is still time to register for our January start programs, and with the deadline to apply for equal consideration into any Ontario college program for the 2019–2020 school year quickly approaching, this event will provide the necessary information to help make an informed decision,” added Tanya. Students can now begin applying for the 2019- 2020 year through ontariocolleges.ca.

Admission to the event is free and everyone is welcome to attend. Parking is available in the J South parking lot or in the visitor coin lots. For more information about the open house or to learn more about Sault College programs, contact Student Recruitment at 705.759.2554 ext. 2222.
