Sault North Rotary announces $10K Trip of the Month winner

Sault North Rotary hosted the final draws for the Trip of The Month fundraiser during Wednesday's luncheon meeting at North82 Restaurant.

Chairperson Ken Dutchak and president Neil McLean announced the Grand Finale winner of the $10,000 cash prize is Jim Steele, holder of ticket #207. 

Steele has been a proud supporter of the draw for many years and now has some extra cash for the holiday season, the club said.

There were two additional draws in the amount of $150 each that went to Jamie-Lynn and Doug Nori, ticket #735, and Roseann Greco, ticket #674.

For over 50 years, Sault North Rotary has dedicated itself to supporting youth development in our area.

Funds provided for these programs are raised by the club's Trip of The Month fundraiser and Nevada Ticket sales.

"Our community has been very generous in supporting these fundraisers throughout the years, and we look forward to continuing our support for like-minded projects," the club said in a news release as it congratulated winners and the charities that benefit from everyone's support of Rotary.
