Stop crime, start packing: Tickets now available for Trip of the Month draw

The Crime Stoppers Trip of the Month Vacation Draw may have already wrapped up for 2022-2023, but tickets are already on sale for 2024.

Next year there will only be 600 tickets available.

They cost $150 and each one automatically enters the participant into all 12 draws for the year where every month, one winner gets a trip and two winners get $150. Destinations include Paris, Venice and The Bahamas.

Organizers say the chances of winning are 1 in 16.

“If luck is on your side and you win, your name will go right back into the drawing drum for another shot at winning,” they said in a news release.

Draws take place on the third Monday of each month, with the first scheduled for January 15.

Tickets are available until 5 p.m. on January 14, or until they run out.

“While we have reserved tickets for our previous buyers, we will be making efforts to contact these individuals in the coming weeks to ensure they get their tickets,” organizers stated. 

“Additionally, there is a considerable number of tickets now available to the general public starting today.”
