The battle between cold and warm air outbreaks is starting to ease as we head towards late-spring conditions.  The risk of snow finally appears to be gone; soon, the risk of frost will be gone, and summer will be here.

Afternoon temperatures will bounce around the teens for this entire work week but remain at or above normal values for early May.  The deluge of rainfall also eases up to only one day of rain out of the next five.

Monday will be sunny, with daytime highs near 20°C. Tuesday will be sunny in the morning, but clouds will slowly build later in the day as temperatures again reach 19°C. Rain will move into the region after sunset.

Rain continues on and off Wednesday under overcast skies as daytime highs fall to 14°C. The clouds will start to clear out after sunset.

Thursday and Friday bring mainly sunny skies, with temperatures climbing to 15°C each day. We could see a few clouds this weekend, but conditions should remain dry.
