Workweek Outlook: Winter returns mid-week

Expect the chillier weather to continue through into this coming weekend
weather_weekday_outlook

The warm, gloomy weather early this week will move out mid-week as colder, windier weather moves back into the Sault region. With the colder air comes the risk of a little more snow and possibly even some sunshine by the end of the week. Expect the chillier weather to continue through into this coming weekend.

On Monday, fog, mist, and a few scattered afternoon showers are likely as temperatures climb to +4°C.

Tuesday will be mostly cloudy with the risk of a few late-day flurries as daytime highs slip to +2°C.

A northwest wind arrives on Wednesday, helping to push temperatures back to the freezing mark and bringing a risk of scattered snow squalls.

Much colder air arrives on Thursday and Friday, with daytime highs only reaching -6°C and windchill values below -10. However, we might finally see some sunshine during this cold snap.
