All-star cast of coaches highlight Vetrie basketball camp (updated)

************************************************************ FORMER RAPTOR'S ASSISTANT COACH ALONG WITH OTHERS AT GUY VETRIE MEMORIAL BASKETBALL CAMPS THIS SUMMER

Algoma University College and the George Leach Centre are pleased to announce an impressive line up of coaches for the second annual Guy Vetrie Memorial Basketball Camps this August.

The line up includes: Ken Olynyk (former Raptor's Assistant Coach under Lenny Wilken's, 13 years University of Toronto Men's Head Coach & 10 years University of Lethbridge Men's Head Coach), Ken Schildroth (former Head Men's Coach at McGill University for 16 years), Tom Oliveri (York University Men's Head Coach), Mike Geary (Northern Michigan University Women's Head Coach), Angela Orton (Guelph University Women's Head Coach), Jeff Giovanatti (AUC Men's Head Coach), Ed Green (AUC Women's Head Coach) and Joey Turco (AUC Men's Assistant Coach).

Along with these coaches the camps will also have AUC Thunderbird and former University of Victoria players as instructors.

The camps run August 2nd to the 6th for grades 5 to 8 and August 8th to the 12th for grades 9 to 12. The George Leach Centre will also be offering four coaching clinics (two nights during each week of the camp) featuring the above coaches for area Elementary, Highschool, College & volunteer coaches.
