Colts pick up high school hockey win

Korah picked up a pair of wins in three games this week

It was a light week on the high school hockey schedule with just three games, including one on Sunday evening.

Nathan Keranen had two goals and an assist as Korah beat Superior Heights 5-1.

Tyson Culina added a goal and two assists for Korah while Kyle Birch chipped in with a pair of goals.

Michael Neveau assisted on a pair of goals for the Colts.

Ethan West had the lone goal for Superior Heights.

On Friday night, Colby Arbour had a pair of goals as St. Mary’s beat Korah 6-1.

Johnny Mackin, Caden Caputo, Chuck Webb, and Samuel Lake also scored for St. Mary’s while Nick Niro and Kyle Finateri had two assists each.

Marc Aceti had the lone goal for Korah.

Korah opened the week with a 5-3 win over CASS on Monday.

Jordan Cliffe had a pair of goals while Daniel Carricato and Kaden Dundas had two assists each for Korah.

Aceti, Culina, and Isaac Bennett also scored.

Spencer Osborne had two goals and an assist for CASS. Chase MacIntyre also had three points with a goal and two assists.
