Korah girls capture silver in Huntsville

The Korah Colts senior girls basketball team grabbed a silver medal at a tournament in Huntsville over the weekend. In the championship game, the Colts dropped a tight 40-37 decision to Whitby's Father Leo Austin.

The Korah Colts senior girls basketball team grabbed a silver medal at a tournament in Huntsville over the weekend.

In the championship game, the Colts dropped a tight 40-37 decision to Whitby's Father Leo Austin. Sara Levesque led the Colts with 12 points while Christina Medaglia and Kaitlyn Train added 10 each.

The Colts opened the tournament with a 41-17 win over Pentanguene as Levesque again led all scorers with 15 points.

In their second game, Levesque drained 21 points and Medaglia added 10 more in a 68-35 win over host Huntsville.
