Laird International Raceway has decided to postpone opening night for another week.

Action was scheduled to begin on Thursday night.

The following message was sent out by LIR:

The beginning of the LIR race season was scheduled to begin this Thursday night, but due to the cold nights we have been experiencing it has been decided to postpone the season opener by one week to Thursday May 31; hopefully it will be a bit warmer by then.

We hope to see you then for the LIR opener.
