Tuesday night at the Mayor's Cup featured two games to be played for positioning in the 35 and Over Semi-Finals, since Smack Daddy's and Microage/Smack Daddy's were already mathematically eliminated.

In the first game, Smack Daddy's opened the scoring against Boissoneau Bus Lines on a goal from Don Basawa. Boissoneau Bus Lines tied the score with 13:17 remaining in the second period, and Smack Daddy's replied seventeen seconds later to take a 2 – 1 lead. Boissoneau Bus Lines scored three straight goals to take a 4 – 2 lead. Smack Daddy's made it close with 8:29 remaining on a blast from the stick of Mark Theriault. Boissoneau Bus Lines held on and added an empty net goal to make the final score 5 – 3. Brad Webkamigad was in on every goal for Boissoneau Bus Lines, scoring 2 goals and adding 3 assists.

In the second game of the night, Weedman had it in cruise control as they skated to a 9 – 6 win over Microage/Smack Daddy's. Tony Greco and Bill Carriere both recorded hat tricks for Weedman. Carriere scored on a penalty shot in the third period. Todd Desing had a hat trick for Microage/Smack Daddy's in a losing cause.

Boissoneau Bus Lines clinched first place in the round robin portion of the tournament and the game between Mr. Transmission and the Mohawks Wednesday night at 9:30 will determine second through fourth placings in the 35 and Over Division.

The Clarica/Blueliner Bulls can clinch first place in the Open Division round robin with a win in regulation time over Algoma University in the 8:00 game. A loss or any shootout result will give first place to Godfrey Realty.

The Semi-Final games will commence on Thursday night at 8:00 in the 35 and Over Division, and 9:30 in the Open Division, with the first place teams playing against the fourth place teams. Friday night, the second place teams play against the third place teams with the 35 and Over Division game at 8:00 and the Open Division game starting at 9:30.
