The Sault College men’s and women’s basketball teams competed in Ontario Colleges Athletic Association (OCAA) action locally over the weekend.
On Saturday, Jaylan Morgan had 18 points to lead Humber to a 105-73 win in the men’s game.
Fowzi Mohamoud had 17 points for Humber.
Jaylyn Moore-Tucker led Sault College with 15 points while Stephen Miller and Kevon Clarke had 13 points each.
In Saturday’s women’s game, Jahnee Gyles had 26 points and nine rebounds as Humber beat Sault College 96-46.
Cassidy Sabourin had 22 points and nine rebounds for Sault College.
Sunday’s men’s game saw Khalid Ismail score 19 points as Humber completed the sweep with a 96-60 win.
Mohamoud chipped in with 17 points. Cy Samuels had 11 points and 15 rebounds for Humber.
Simon Wal had 18 points and 12 rebounds for Sault College while Clarke had 12 points and13 rebounds.
In women’s action on Sunday, Gyles had 16 points and nine rebounds as Humber picked up a 79-44 win.
Skylar Toms led Sault College with 12 points.
