The Rezolution Raiders pulled away late in the game, improving their record to 2-0 with a hard fought 35-21 Myte Division victory over J.M.C. Builders.

The Rezolution Raiders pulled away late in the game, improving their record to 2-0 with a hard fought 35-21 Myte Division victory over J.M.C. Builders. James White had a strong game offensively scoring three rushing touchdowns while teammate Quinn Barban added two touchdowns of his own.

J.M.C. was led by Raiden Oliver's two touchdown runs. Quarterback Palmer Simpson completed the scoring with a touchdown run. Rezolution's Greg Mathison was a terror on defense earning him Player of the Game honours.

In the other Myte Division match-up Lop Lop's evened up their record at 1-1 with an exciting 21-14 victory over Community First. Lop Lops' Aidan Macleod had a dazzling 80yrd kickoff return, and added another rushing touchdown to lead his team. Wide receiver Anthony Iacoe's rushing touchdown completed the scoring for Lop Lops. Lauturo Frecha and Devon Pigeon both scored for Community First.

TYKE DIVISION

In the Tyke Division's first match-up, Sal-Dan's Michael Nelson had a huge game on the ground gaining multiple first downs and finding the end zone twice as Sal-Dan held on for a 16-7 win over Flakeboard. Robert O'neil scored the lone touchdown for Flakeboard. Sal-Dans' Alex Herle had an outstanding game on defense and came up big down the stretch for his team.

In a game filled with big hits and well executed play, Rome's and Joey Calzone's played to a 19-19 tie. Romes' Marlon Imasogie ( TD catch), Mathew Mitchell and Adelchi Fenos each scored in a balanced attack for their team. Casey Wright had an strong game for Calzone's with a couple of exciting touchdown runs. Thomas Pratt rounded out the scoring for Calzone's with a TD run of his own.

BANTAM DIVISION

Brody's displayed a balanced offensive attack along with a stingy defense as they defeated Firefighter's 25-6. Christian Mahler, Christopher Fronzi and Justin Sauerzopf each scored for Brody's. Running back Joey Plastino had the lone touchdown for the Firefighter's. Brody's Patrick Watling kicked 3 converts and added a field goal to earn Player of the Game honours.

In a game filled with big plays, Aurora's Westside hung on and defeated Scholars' Learning 36-24. David Quesnele led the way for Aurora's with three touchdown runs. Quarterback Brian Nanne hooked up with receiver Paul Orlando on the opening play for a 65 yard touch down pass. Tyler Vernelli also had an outstanding game on the ground and scored on a TD run to round out the scoring for Aurora's. Scholar's speedy receiver Travis Ames scored two long touchdowns to lead the way for his team. Stephen Tosello and Paul Muio also scored for Scholars.
