Senior girl’s high school basketball action continued on Thursday with four games, including a tight game between St. Mary’s and Superior Heights at the senior level.
Tesa Leveille had eight points and Alexa Nye had seven as Superior Heights picked up a narrow 27-24 win over St. Mary’s.
Mercedes Mazzuca had 18 points for St. Mary’s to lead all scorers in the game.
In Thursday’s other senior game, Esther Yule had 16 points as Korah beat White Pines 73-23. Kyler Grisdale had 14 points for the Colts.
Madison Jackson had 11 points for White Pines.
In junior action, Ashlyn Noble had 23 points as St. Mary’s beat Superior Heights 53-29.
Kiera Kent added 15 points for St. Mary’s.
Emmalie Allard had 12 points for Superior Heights.
Thursday’s other junior game saw Korah beat White Pines 64-12.
Lucy Lafrance had 12 points for Korah while Chloe Cormier had five points for White Pines.
