Wildcats tournament update

The Mid Canada Wildcats Midget AA Girls Hockey team played two games Thursday at the Connecticut Polar Bears 22nd annual Holiday Tournament in Hartford, Connecticut.

The Mid Canada Wildcats Midget AA Girls Hockey team played two games Thursday at the Connecticut Polar Bears 22nd annual Holiday Tournament in Hartford, Connecticut. They lost their first game against the Quaker Girls from Pennsylvania 4-0 but came back this afternoon to beat Woonsocket Lady North Stars from Rhode Island 3-1 in a rough penalty filled game. Scoring for the Wildcats were Morgan Tersigni, Laura Duguay and Katie Komsa. Brianne Veale had two assists and Jenna Buck had one. Coach Darryl Buck said he was very pleased with the girls play who are now 1-2 in the tournament. Next action for the Wildcats is Friday morning against Chicago.
