Wolves take series lead with another OT win

The Sudbury Wolves continue to be the Ontario Hockey League's overtime warriors.

On Tuesday night in the Nickel City, the Wolves blew a two-goal lead to the Plymouth Whalers late in the third period but went on to capture a 5-4 overtime victory.

Justin Donati's second goal of the game at 3:15 of overtime proved to be the game winner.

Sudbury, who has won seven of eight overtime games in the playoffs, now leads the best-of-seven OHL championship series 2-1 with game four scheduled for Wednesday night at the Sudbury Arena.

After brillant offensive performances in games one and two, Sault product Matt Dias was held off the scoresheet for the Wolves in game three.
