NEWS RELEASE
AWAKENING ENERGY EVENTS
*************************
Is your mental health important? Your physical health? Mind, body, and spirit all come together this weekend!

Awakening Energy Events will be hosting its’ Annual Holistic Healing and Wellness Fair after a long pause due to the pandemic.

This one-day event features several local holistic health and wellness practitioners who will showcase their services, products, and knowledge to help people make positive lifestyle changes to enhance and strengthen their personal healing and wellness - all under one roof.

“The Holistic Healing Fairs were created to educate and inspire our local community to grow more conscious of their daily habits and lifestyle,” says event founder, Vanessa Wilson. “It's an opportunity to learn the importance of self-care, self-love and all of the amazing services offered right in your backyard. Anyone interested in wellness and self care practices is urged to attend.”

Wilson has coordinated over 40 Holistic Healing Fairs across Ontario cities, from Sault Ste Marie to Windsor and everywhere in between.

In 2016, Wilson hosted her first holistic healing fair in Sudbury. She was inspired to host another after the large attendance of people seeking positive change, and most importantly, to continue to share her message of raising mental health awareness.

"I feel that mental health is now, more than ever before, extremely important for us to learn how to navigate. Especially after the pandemic stresses most had faced," she said, "and this event presents an opportunity for everyone to come and learn about the many different wellness activities available within their community. There are endless options to help alleviate the mental and physical stress that we face day-to-day."

It all takes place at The Machine Shop this Sunday, June 26 from 10 a.m.  - 4 p.m. The first 50 attendees receive wellness swag bags.

The fair will be hosting 30+ unique vendors with local experts who specialize in all different areas of holistic healing and wellness practices. Guests can expect to find holistic practitioners, readings of all sorts, hand-crafted items, all natural items, coping mechanisms, wellness work, jewelry, books and so much more.

Admission is free and everyone is welcome.

The list of vendors is available on the event Facebook page Sault Ste Marie’s Holistic Healing Fair, and on the website www.holistichealingfair.com
