Junior Hounds off to All-Ontario Championships (update)

Minor teams do well in tournaments

The Soo Jr. Greyhounds U13 AAA picked up a double overtime win over the North Bay Trappers.

With the win, the team will represent the Northern Ontario Hockey Association at the All-Ontario Provincial Championship in Burlington, Ont., beginning on April 10.

The Jr. Greyhounds U15 AA team won the NOHA U15 AA tournament title over the weekend, picking up a 3-1 win over the Timmins North Starts in the final.

Meanwhile, earlier this month the Soo Jr Greyhound U10 AA team picked up a Silver Stick title in Newmarket.
