MATTHEWS AUXILIARY SITE COMMITTEE

On Saturday, June 23, representatives of the St. Joseph Island Lion’s Club presented the North Shore Health Network Auxiliary, Richards Landing – Matthews Auxiliary Site Committee with a cheque for $5,000 to help them meet their commitment to donate over $100,000 toward the purchase of a portable digital x-ray. The total cost of the x-ray, $182,000, was paid for with donations received by Auxiliary Site Committee and the NSHN Foundation.

The Auxiliary Site Committee and their volunteers were thrilled to receive the generous donation provided by the hard working members of the St. Joseph Island Lion’s Club.
