The movie tells the story of two young soldiers who crash the front lines in August 1918

The Sault Ste. Marie Museum presents a screening of the film The Ace and the Scout by Electric Motion Pictures, and writer/director Aaron Hugget on Jan, 19.

The movie, inspired by Canadian First World War flying ace Billy Bishop, tells the story of two young soldiers who crash the front lines in August 1918. With the Allies detained, their platoon must desperately hold out alongside legendary Anishnaabe sniper, Francis "Peggy" Pegahmagabow. The EMP production is in association with Lambton Creative County Grant Program and E11even Entertainment Studios.

Doors open at 6:00 p.m. and the film will start at 6:30 p.m. Admission is $5 at the door. Space is limited.

There is free parking in the museum’s back parking lot and also nearby in the Albert/Brock Street parking lot.
