NEWS RELEASE

STARTUP SAULT

*************************
Startup Sault is excited to announce the launch of Startup Book Club on October 29 at 6 p.m., being held at Q Café & Bakery (472 Queen St. East).

Startup Book Club focuses on the theme of entrepreneurship, and participants will read and discuss the latest and most influential business books while networking with other entrepreneurs within the community.

Each book club session will be facilitated by a Startup Sault team member or special guest from the business community (to be announced).

Gain valuable insight from these local experts, and glean tips, models and strategies to take your business to the next level!

“Startup Sault continues to deliver fun and non-conventional business networking and learning opportunities for entrepreneurs, students and business owners in the community,” said Nevin Buconjic, Startup Sault Lead.

“Startup Book Club will not only allow like-minded individuals to discuss ideas and strategies they learn about in the latest and greatest business books, but also how they can implement these ideas themselves to benefit their own businesses. We want to get people out to share their knowledge and learn from others in the business community,” said Buconjic.

The launch party will be the social kick off for Startup Book Club, and attendees will have the option of purchasing coffee and desserts from the new Q Café & Bakery while socializing and networking.

The first Startup Book Club selection will be announced, and other book choices will be on hand for browsing.

Signups will also begin for the first official book club meeting on December 3.

Attendees will have a chance to win 1 of 3 paperback copies of Nevin Buconjic’s Amazon.com best-selling 25 Money-Making Businesses You Can Start in Your Spare Time.

The book focuses on low-cost businesses that can be started in your spare time, with the potential to become a full-time business.
