Patti-Jean unexpectedly but peacefully passed at home. She was the daughter of Pat and the late Eugene Dufresne. She is survived by her son Andrew (ex David) and her daughter Carrie (Francis). She was a proud grandmother of Owen and Léa Bélanger. Ex wife but friend of Jamie Aikens. She was a beloved sister to Donna and Donald (ex Monique) She was also Auntie to Adam, Connor and Parker.
Patti-Jean struggled much of her life with addiction and mental health issues which put many strains on her family. Later in life she worked with others to help make a difference in the world at Canadian Mental Health Association.
There will be no funeral, cremation has already taken place.
Memorial donations in Patti-Jean’s memory may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association. Payable by cheque.
