Peacefully gone to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 14, 2003 at the age of 80 years. Loving husband of 54 years to Marj. Beloved father of Dave (Marlene), Karen Gapp, Steve (Heather), Greg (Pamela), Kim Currie (Ken). Cherished grandfather of Marnie, Maggie, Melanie, Raven, Shannon (Bob), Lance, Jordan, Reid, Shelby, Evan and Brendan. Treasured great grandfather of Karen and Kristian. Brother of Mary Skrepichuk (Peter), Eva Ruston (late Bill) and Anne Ruthven (late Jim). Paul will always be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews and missed by fellow golfing and curling friends. “Calm and Peaceful he is sleeping, Sweetest rest that follows pain; We who loved him sadly miss him, But trust in God to meet again.” Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Wednesday, September 17, 2003 from 6-9 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, September 18, 2003 at St. Gerard Majella Church at 11 am. Rev. George LaPierre officiating. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
