Jim passed away peacefully with his family by his side at NSHN-Blind River, at the age of 96.
Lovingly remembered by his wife of 62 years, Murdena (nee Green), children Timothy, Kevin (Jane) and Karen (Houssaine), his grandchildren, Alyshia (Andrew), Brian, Sara and Sami and his great grandchild Aubrey.
Forever missed by his brother Kenneth Lee (Vi), sister Marjorie (Carl) as well as many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brothers John (Norma Jean), Max, sisters Marion, Martha, Verna, Edna and Donelda as well as brother-in-law Erwin. Fondly remembered by his siblings in laws Shirley, Muriel, Basil, Carol, Lois, Lorna, Alan, Rodney, Judy, and Kelly.
Jim loved to hunt and fish in his younger days and was always quick to tell us stories.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the North Shore Health Network Blind River or Thessalon sites or a charity of your choice.
