BABIC, Charlie Clifford

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Charlie Clifford Babic. He fought an amazing fight but peacefully lost his battle at Sault Area Hospital on Saturday, October 28, 2017 in his 38th year with his wife and son by his side. Charlie was the cherished husband of Shannon Morin-Babic and amazing father of Tye Babic, Daynine Babic and Matteah Carroll.  Loving son of Chuck Babic (step mother Anna) and Olga-Ann Rowlinson. Loving brother of Billy Rowlinson and Terri Babic and step brother of David, Amanda, Jason, and Gerry. Nephew of Wayne Rowlinson (Sarena). Cherished cousin to Gary Babic (Jamie). Unforgettable son in-law of Shane and the late Carol Morin and brother in-law of Shantelle (Ron), and Ashley (David).  Treasured friend to Kevin and Jeff. Charlie is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts uncles and many friends. As per Charlie’s wishes family and friends are invited to join a celebration of his life Friday, November 3, 2017 starting at 6pm at the Moose Lodge (543 Trunk Rd.). Toronto Maple Leaf attire and casual clothing is strongly encouraged.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to the Kidney Foundation or Sick Children’s Hospital would be appreciated.  Arrangements entrusted to the Arthur Funeral Home – Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. East, 705-759-2522).
