With a deep sense of sorrow and loss, our family announces the peaceful passing of our mother, grandmother and great grandmother Jeannine Bagnall on May 2, 2024. Mom lived a long and happy life and passed away at the age of 93. She is lovingly remembered by her children Lynda Plastino (late Frank), Patricia Reynolds, late Carol Morin (Shane), Robert Bagnall, Debbie Tremonte (Mike Lasanen & late Billy Tremonte), Rick Bagnall (Lisa), Jeff Bagnall (Christine) and the heart of our family Kevin Bagnall. She was a loving grandmother to Lorena, Michael, Mickey, Jason, Jamie, Michelle, Kevin, Shannon, Shantelle, Ashley, Maxine, Angelo, Tiffany, Tianna, and Casey. Mom also had many great grand children.

Mom is preceded in death by her mother and father Orville & Irene Pharand as well as brothers Henry (Marilyn), Verne and sister Lucille.

Our family wishes to express our sincere gratitude to the staff of Maple View nursing home (Goulais Bay Ward) for all their care and love they showed our mother in her final days. In addition, a tremendous amount of love and gratitude to our brother Robert Bagnall Jr. You made a promise to dad that you would care for Kevin and Mom. That gave dad peace and comfort in his final days. You selflessly fulfilled your promise, and we all thank you for the love, compassion and care you gave to Mom throughout the years and especially in her final years. Dad would be proud of your dedication and care of his most treasured family members.

Mom lived a great life and died a peaceful death. In her final moments it appeared mom was parsing her lips as if to be blowing kisses. We take peace and comfort in thinking that mom was greeted at the gates of heaven with kisses and hugs by all of her family members awaiting her arrival. We are sure at the front of the line was her husband and our dad Robert Bagnall Sr. Followed closely by her son Kevin and loving daughter Carol Morin. She also was showered with love at heaven’s gates by her two son in laws Frank Plastino and Billy (Pellegrino) Tremonte.

A private family celebration of life with family will be held at a later date.

The world changes from year to year, our lives from day-to-day, but the love and memory of you, Mom shall never pass away.

Memorial donations may be made to ARCH. Payable by cheque.
