We regret to announce the passing of William L. Barber, after a short illness on Monday, April 19, 2004 at the General Hospital in his 87th year. Beloved husband of the late Vera. Loving father of David Barber (Gail) of Wichita Kansas and Mary Doan (John). Cherished grandfather of Sarah (Steve), Laura, James, John, Brendan and Conor. Great grandfather of Joshua. Brother of the late Kathleen C. Barber and Marjorie Constable (George of Sault Ste. Marie). Cousin of James E. Barber. Friends may call at the St. Luke’s Cathedral on Thursday, April 22, 2004 from 12 pm until time of funeral service at 1 pm. The Very Rev. Garry Dobinson officiating. Interment Greenwood Cemetery.
