Passed away peacefully with family by his side on Sunday, December 24, 2017 at the age of 86.  Beloved husband of the late Betty Lou.  Cherished father of Glenn Barnard (Beata) and Linda.  Proud Grandpa of Yvonna.  Howard was a noble man of great character and will be missed by many family members, neighbors and friends.  At Howards request no service will take place.  Memorial contributions to Algoma Residential Community Hospice (ARCH) would be greatly appreciated by the family.  Arrangements entrusted to Arthur Funeral Home – Barton & Kiteley Chapel.
