Passed away peacefully at Extendicare Maple View on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 with family by her side. Beloved wife of Richard "Dick" for 68 years. Loving mother of Paul (Renee) of Surrey, BC; David (Rosemary) of Rocky Mountain House, AB; Susan of Sault Ste. Marie, ON; Grace of Guelph, ON; and Colleen (Terry) of Richards Landing, ON. Cherished grandmother of Lara Martin (Thomas), Corinne Brady, and Jodie Quinton. Predeceased by her parents Carlo and Lucy Gallotti. Sister of Ben Gallotti (late Diane), the late Carlo "Chip" Gallotti, Esther Lemieux (late Louis), Josephine "Jo" Cerutti, the late Amelia "Milia" Campeau, Sr. Isobel Gallotti, and Tom Gallotti (Fran). Virginia will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A special thank you to the Maple View Behavioural Supports Ontario team and the caring professional and support staff of Lake Superior floor. Friends are invited to visit at the Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. E. 705-759-2522) on Monday, August 5, 2019 from 1 pm until 2 pm.
