Unexpectedly after a brief illness and surrounded by his family at the Sault Area Hospital on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at the age of 53. Loving son of Dan and the late Nora Breen. Brother and best friend of Danny and the late Maureen Cassavia (Stephen). Uncle of Cayllan and Connor Cassavia. Patrick will be missed by his aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends in Ireland, England, USA and Canada.
