Passed away at the Sault Area Hospital on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at the age of 93.
Reunited with her loving husband the late Salvatore Briglio and son Frank. Cherished mom of the late Frank, Mario (Donna), Eddie (Marietta Sharpe), Grace, Silvana (Ronnie Disano), and Michael (Marcie). Beloved Nana of Rosanne (Mark), Mario Jr. (Mel), Joshua, Justin, Nathan, Kristen, Kayla, Devin (Kaysie), Meagan (John), Tiana (Chuck), Hannah, and Abby. Great-Nana of Riley, Ty, Brody, Hailey, Jace, Cooper, and Nash. Predeceased by her parents Francesco and Anna Pagliaro. Sister of the late Ida Mendicino (late Vincenzo) of Oshawa, late Maria Pagliaro, late Carolina Pagliaro, Mena Pagliaro and Gina Pagliaro all of Italy. Sister-in-law of the late Caterina Parisi (late Luigi), late Irma Pulice (late Guiseppe) of France, late Carmine Briglio (late Maria), late Luigi Briglio (late Francesca) of New York, late Guiseppe Briglio (Emilia) of Ottawa, late Antonia Colosimo (late Mario) and Maria Cuglietta (late Giovanni). Rosina will be missed by many special nieces and nephews in Sault Ste. Marie and Italy, especially Fiore Mendicino and family. She will also be missed by her special neighbors and friends and daily phone calls.
Rosina was a mother whose love knew no bounds. Her life revolved around her family, guiding them, supporting them and loving unconditionally. She was the epitome of selflessness and dedication. She will be forever missed and forever in our hearts.
Family and friends are invited to the Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington Street East 705-759-2522), on Saturday, June 15, 2024 from 9:30 am until 12:30 pm, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 pm with Father Trevor Scarfone officiating. Entombment Holy Sepulchre Mausoleum.
