Peacefully at the F.J. Davey Home with her son by her side at the age of 89. Loving and devoted mother of William Brown. Daughter of the late Oliver Franklin Tier and late Caroline Elizabeth Smith. Sister of the late John Tier (Margaret) , late June Papineau (late Lorne), late Mary Devins, Bertha Brandow (Morris) , Cathy Plante (late Claude), late Wayne Smith (Mary-Lynn), and David Smith (Glenna). Jean will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. At Jean's request no services will be held, cremation has taken place. Memorial contributions to the SSM Humane Society or the F.J.
