Passed away at Extendicare Tendercare Nursing Home on Thursday, July 22, 2004 in his 90th year. Beloved husband of the late Kathleen. Dear father of David (Rose Marie), Randy (fiancée Jackie) and Wendy Evans (Rodney). Grandfather of Patrick, Dennis (Vicki), Erik, Erin Emlaw (Jeff) and Randy Russell. Great grandfather of Rebecca, Kristy, Tianna and Justin. Brother of Lorne Budge (Jean) and predeceased by one brother and 6 sisters. Brother-in-law of Margaret Livingston (late Mike). Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home and Cremation Centre on Sunday, July 25, 2004 from 6-9 pm. Funeral service in the chapel on Monday, July 26, 2004 at 11 am. Major Paul Wood officiating. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. Donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
