Passed away with family and friends by his side at the Plummer Memorial Hospital on Friday, October 8, 2004 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of Christine (nee Pojda). Son of the late Bruno and Angelina Bumbaco. Dear father of David (Debbie), Joanne Green (John), and Chris Bumbaco (Monique). Step-father of Jerry Kowalyk (Joanne). Dear brother of Jean Gaetano (late Matt), Edith Lonie (late Bill), Vera Mitchell (late Glynn), Ethel Dorrance (late Abbey), late Rose Pettalia (late Sam), late Leonard Bumbaco (Gina), late Bobby Bumbaco and the late Freddie Bumbaco (Shirley). Proud grandfather of Tricia, Sean, Eric, Tony, Kelly, Tara and Malissa. Great grandfather of 3. Uncle to many nieces and nephews. A celebration of Joe #7’s life will take place at the Elks Lodge (261 Bay Street) on Wednesday, October 13, 2004 from 6-9 pm. Memorial contributions to the Elks Oncology Van would be appreciated.
