Surrounded by his family, on Monday September 19, 2022, at the age of 97. Adrian is now reunited with his cherished wife Madeleine. Loving father to Nancy Wilson and proud Grandpa to Jessica and Jamie Wilson. Predeceased by his parents André and Anna Burns and his siblings; Emilia (Frank) Kenny, George Burns, Jean Larson, Cecile Deslauriers, Rose (Henry) Bergeron, Ned (Edith), Jello (Dolores), Regina (Walter) Turbin, Theresa (Martin) Irbite, Valeda (Edwin) McAuley and Lena Burns. Adrian was the most adored uncle and godfather to many.

Adrian led a devout life of service to God and to his faith.  He was recognized by numerous organizations for his lifetime of volunteer work. Adrian was a retired Engineer with the Algoma Central Railway for over 43 years. He was a veteran and a proud member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 25 for 63 years. Nancy would like to thank his angels, Kerri and Nadine for the care that they gave to their uncle and godfather.

Family and friends are invited to O’Sullivan Funeral Home and Cremation Centre on Friday, September 23, 2022, from 9:00am-11:00am. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:30am, at Precious Blood Cathedral (778 Queen St. E) with Father Hamish Currie officiating. Interment in Holy Sepulchre to follow.

Memorial donations may be made payable to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 25.
