With profound sorrow and broken hearts, we announce the peaceful passing of Sharon surrounded by her family. She will be reunited with Paul, her beloved husband of 49 years. Sharon, a very proud and dedicated mom, is survived by her children who were her world, Marcella (Alex), Melinda (Dave) and Paul (Celia). She was a treasured grammy of Spencer, Tyler, JP and Noah. Adored sister of Deborah, Michelle (Donald) and Katie (Dave). Special aunt of Donald Jr. and Amanda. She is predeceased by her parents Sue Bonin (John) and Gordon Richardson.
Sharon will forever be missed by all of the people whose lives she touched as a teacher. Sharon lived a very private, and quiet life that she thoroughly devoted to her family. Everyone who knew her recognized how much she loved her family and would sacrifice anything for them. She was kind, caring and selfless.
Special appreciation and gratitude goes to the nurses and PSW’s on Cedar 2 at the F.J. Davey Home, notably, Tracey, Lori Ann, Colleen and Vince. These workers showed extra care and compassion to our dearest mom.
