December 13, 1949 - April 18, 2019 - At home, surrounded by love, on Thursday, April 18, 2019 Paul left this earth for his eternal home. He was joyously eager to go and meet his Saviour, yet sad to leave the arms of his best friend, soul mate, and devoted wife of 45 years, me, or in his words “my Colleen.”

Blessed with so many wonderful memories and shared experiences, innumerable hours of teaching, and his written words are our children; Precious, Benjamin and his wife Annie, and Autumn. There is no doubt that the indelible imprint of who he was and is forever cannot be erased, so they are left with the challenge and responsibility to be who their father and Heavenly Father intended them to be.

“Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable. One generation shall praise thy works to another, and shall declare thy mighty acts. I will speak of the glorious honour of thy majesty, and of thy wondrous works.”
Psalm 145:3-5

It was profoundly difficult for Paul to say goodbye to his other two loves, our granddaughters Emma and Ella but because of the depth of their spiritual connection with him they will treasure him and all he taught them in their hearts forever.

Paul is the son of the late Armand and late Minnie Cedolia and brother to the late Patricia, late David and to Dawn MacPhee and Daniel Cedolia.  Arrangements entrusted to Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. E, 705-759-2522).  Memorial contributions to www.mljtrust.org would be appreciated by the family.

Paul was able to finish his final chapter here on his terms, fulfill all his desires and stay present, until he was not.

“Face to face with Christ my Saviour
Face to face, what will it be?
When with rapture I behold Him
Jesus Christ who died for me.”

— and now you know, my Paul

“What rejoicing in His presence,
When are banished grief and pain;
When the crooked ways are straightened,
And the dark things shall be plain.”

“And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.”

“I’ll meet you in the morning....”

— Your Colleen
