At home on Thursday, January 11, 2018 at the age of 78.  Father of the late David Chapman and Paul Breckenridge,  Grandfather of Ashley, Jacob and Kyle.  Great grandfather of Jaxon. Predeceased by his parents John and Dorothea Chapman.  Brother of Judy Penno, Pat McGowan and Bruce Chapman.  A come and go will be held at the Arthur Funeral Home – Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. East 705-759-2522) on Friday, January 19, 2018 from 5 pm until 8 pm.  Memorial contributions to the United Way would be appreciated by the family.
