Passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of his family at the Sault Area Hospital on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at the age of 88. He is now reunited with his loving wife Maria. Dear father of Michael (Karen), Luigi (Courtney), Tony, Teresa Disano (Marc). Cherished Nono of Jennifer (Ryan), Nicholas (Jessica), Bridgette, Michael, Connor, Chloe and Mia. Great-Nono of Carmella, Teresa and Maddilynn. Brother of Rosaria Bruni, Al Coccimiglio, Nina Coccimiglio and the late Nick Coccimiglio. Brother-in-law of Maria Louisa Caruso and Lino Caruso. Michele will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and special friends. Spending time with friends and family was something Michele lived for. He spent hours tending to his garden while everyone enjoyed the fruits of his labour. Friends and family are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Thursday, July 20, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral service in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial donations to the Kidney Foundation or Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family. We would like to express a sincere thank you the nurses and staff of the SAH Complex Care unit.
