COLLINS, Helen

Passed away on Sunday, January 13, 2019 at the age 70, with family by her side. Loving wife of Robert for 51 years. Beloved mother of Tammy Lynn and Rob. Nana of Rebecca, Michael and Jacob. Daughter of the late Michael and Lena Koziuk. Helen will be missed by brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In respecting Helen's wishes, no services will be held. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions “payable by cheque” to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
