Suddenly with his wife by his side at the Sault Area Hospital on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at the age of 58.

Beloved husband and best friend of Roseann for 17 years. Loving and cherished father of Jazmine (Alex) of Calgary, Alberta. Proud grandfather of Julian and Audrey. Predeceased by his parents Huntley Crawford and Therese Laekas - Crawford. Dear brother of Daniel Boileau (Joan), Charles Crawford (Nadia), Susan (Chris), Helene (Rocco), late Raymond (Therese) and the late Carl Crawford. Special and much loved son-in-law of Ethel Dallaire (late Roger). Brother-in-law Wayne Dallaire, late Jeanine Ambeault (John). He will be fondly remembered by Matt Corbiere, Tina Ambeault, Laura Kelly and Johnny Kelly and their families. John will be deeply missed by his godson Shawn, his niece, many nephews, and friends from Montreal, Calgary and Sault Ste. Marie. John will missed by his fur baby and companion, Chico.

John Crawford was such a wonderful human being. He lived his life with compassion, dignity, honesty and generosity. He always lived his life to the absolute fullest, with no regrets. He was a self made, self taught man with many accomplishments. One of those was raising his daughter Jazmine as a single father. He was One Male. Safe journey my love, until we meet again. You will be deeply missed and cherished.
