It is with deepest sorrow and heavy hearts that our family must announce our loved one's passing. Mark Gregory Marcel Desmoulin Sr. passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at the age of 37.

Both in life and death, he is greatly loved and missed by so many friends and family. Treasured son of Leo Desmoulin and the late Roxanne Desmoulin. Beloved step son of Brian Robinson. Dearly loved and missed by his children Bresceis and Chevy Pine (Desiree), Mark Desmoulin Jr. (Stacey Crowe). vAdored and dearest brother to Amanda Desmoulin, Jennifer Robinson, Leah Desaulnier-MacDonald and Charles Tookenay. Treasured grandson of Leda Cooper (late Peter).  Loved and missed by nieces, nephews and his many aunts, uncles and cousins from both sides of the family!  All of Mark's Loved ones will miss his witty sense of humour, big loving heart, and the way he lit up a room with his smile and laughter. Even on his darkest days he always had a big smile. He loved being one with nature, he could spend hours outside keeping a fire. He was a great athlete and big sports fanatic, his dream was to make it playing professional hockey. He also took an interest in history. He took pride in anything he set his mind to whether it was big or small. He was always there to lend a helping hand or comfort a friend in need. He can turn any situation into a humorous one, he had a way of making people laugh even when they didn't want to. He had a carefree-go-with-the-flow attitude, nothing could keep him down! He used to say, "keep your chin up and stick on the ice". Mark is truly missed and loved. "Forever in our hearts".

A special thank you to Leo Desmoulin, Mona and Cal Desmoulin for their care and compassion.
