Peacefully at the F.J. Davey Home on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at the age of 80 with family at his side. Beloved father of Scott (Myra) and Laura Eddy Selin. Proud Papa of Josh (Sheena) and Matt Eddy, Rebecca (Daniel Armstrong), Lydia and Mitchell Selin. Great grandfather of Clara and Myranda Eddy. Son of the late Fred and Anne Eddy. Dear brother of the late Robert (Diane Ross) (Greg), Lane (Glenys) and Linda Tucker (Garfield). Also missed by many nieces and nephews. Elgin spent 37 years teaching Industrial Arts in Sault Ste. Marie Public Schools. A graveside service will be held at Mountain Maple Grove Cemetery (St. Joseph Island) on Friday, July 14, 2017 at 11 am. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to the Alzheimer Society or the F.J. Davey Home would be greatly appreciated. Sincere thank you to the nurses and staff of the F.J.
