ELLIOTT, Alvin Lyle

Passed away peacefully at the F. J. Davey Home on Tuesday, October 4, 2005 at the age of 81. Predeceased by his loving wife Betty. Beloved father of the late Alan (Rose). Dear grandfather of Aaron. Predeceased by his sister Shirley Hall (George). Special friend of Gail Walsh & family, Audrey & Roy Whitmore and their children, Shelly Huckson (Bill) and Sarah (friend Scott). He will also be remembered by many other relatives and friends. Alvin served our community as a Firefighter for 37 years and was in the Air Force inWWII. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Tuesday, October 11, 2005 from 11 am until time of funeral service in the chapel at 1 pm. Rev. Phil Miller officiating. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the Royal Canadian Legion Poppy Fund and Retired Firefighters Association would be appreciated by the family.
