It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Mary at the Sault Area Hospital on Sunday, June 4, 2023.
Mary will be missed by her son and daughter-in-law Darwin and Patricia. Mary was born on Trotter's farm in Echo Bay to Tom and Pearl Johnston. She will be greatly missed by her brother Boyd Johnston. She is predeceased by Madeline Allen (Don), Bill Johnston (Alice), Ellen Johnson (Doug) and Warren Johnston (Pat). She leaves behind many nieces and nephews, special aunt to Charlotte Jane of Eugene, Oregon.
As per Mary's wishes there will be no funeral. Cremation has taken place, interment Greenwood Cemetery.
Memorial contributions payable by cheque or online to the Salvation Army. Thank you to the staff of the SAH for their care in her final days. Thank you to the Red Cross, March of Dimes and the ladies of the Santa Maria Villa for their care and kindness shown to Mary over the last years.
