It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of our Mother, Eileen Esposti on September 26, 2020 at Extendicare Maple View.
Born Mary Eileen McGoldrick on April 27, 1930 in Glasgow, Scotland, Eileen is the beloved wife of the late Enzo Esposti. Loved mother of Jean Ralph (late Terry), Norma McNeil, Angela Carr (late Rod) all of Hamilton; Mary Ellen Esposti and Michael Esposti (Ursula) all of Toronto. Beloved Nana of Mary Luise Chikoski of Toronto, April McNeil of Victoria BC, Joseph Collings of Edmonton, AB and Katie Jean Carr of Rudyard, MI. Great grandmother of Lucy Mae and Parker June Johnstone of Victoria, BC. Predeceased by 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Survived by her brother Denis McGoldrick of Hamilton and her sister-in-law Glorya Nanne (late Orman) of Sault Ste Marie. Aunt of many nieces and nephews. The family is forever grateful to the kind and loving staff of Extendicare Mapleview, who always brightened up our mother’s day, and made her feel at home. Our gratitude for their dedication and genuine care cannot be expressed in words. They were truly her extended family. Due to present restrictions, a private memorial service will be held at the Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington Street East 705-759-2522). Memorial donations made (payable by cheque) to the Maple View Resident's Council would be appreciated by the family.
