Passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 7, 2019, after his courageous battle with cancer. Loving son of Sylvia and the late Joe Folgora. Dear brother of Joe, Eric and brother-in-law of Diana Alcala. Fondly remembered by his niece Stephanie. Grandson of the late Anna and Ercole Folgora and the late Grace and Stewart Sloss. Nephew of Olga Mancino. Cousin of Lisa and Joe Mancino. Nephew of the late Doug Sloss (Suzanne), Mike, Margaret Rooney (Chris), the late Gerry (Yvonne), Keith (Leanne), Larry (Joanne). Special cousin of Denis Rooney (Sandra) and many other cousins. Special friend of Blake Glover, Louie Nardi, Rob and Karen DiPaulo and many more. Celebration of Steven's life will be held at Arthur Funeral Home – Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington Street East 705-759-2522) on Saturday, February 16, 2019; Family are invited to gather from 2:00 p.m. and friends from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Memorial donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society (payable by cheque) would be appreciated by the family.
