Kenny, a member of Serpent River First Nation passed away in his home at the age of 66. Son of the late Lawrence and Marie (nee Day) Folz. Loving father of Kenny Jr., Riley, Brian and Crystal. Cherished partner of Elaine Martin. Grandfather of 2. Predeceased by brothers Lorne, Ron and Darryl. Treasured brother of Tim (Gail), Brian, Steven Bobiwash, Allen Bobiwash (Jolene), Rhonda Dickemous (Michael), Brenda, and Beverly Fanjoy (Rick). Fondly remembered by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Kenny was the life of the party and a one-of-a-kind guy who loved to have fun. He had a rough and tough exterior but deep down he was a softie whose door was always open to those who needed to talk or hang out. We will forever miss his sense of humour and boisterous laughter.
Family and friends are invited to visit at Kenny’s home, 10 Sleepy Hollow Road, Serpent River First Nation on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 beginning at 2pm until time of service. Funeral service will be held at Our Lady of the Highway Church, SRFN on Friday, March 4, 2022 beginning at 11am. Interment to follow at Serpent River First Nation Cemetery.
