Joe at the age of 88, has now been reunited with his adored wife Gwen (September 3, 1990) whom he deeply missed.
Beloved father to "his girls" Bev Gangle-Hroch (late Rick) and Sharon Gangle-MacLean (Todd). Proud Papa to Nick Hroch (Ashley) and Kelsey Hroch (Darien). Papa Joe to Zoe and Mia Hroch. Predeceased by his parents Mike and Rose Gangle, and his in-laws Arthur and Erma Shell. Predeceased by his brother Paul Gangle (late Eva) and his sister Kay Baltare (late Gunner). Also predeceased by his brothers in-law Graham Shell (Norma) and Brian Shell (Sandra). He leaves behind his brother-in-law Ernie Shell (Paulette) and sister-in-law Marilyn Bertils (late Paul). He will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends across Canada and the United States. Long time special friend to Jean.
Joe built an incredible life for his family through hard work and dedication as a contractor and business owner. His love of farm life and living on the water in Echo Bay has provided his family with a lifetime of memories and stories. Family was everything to him.
Friends and family are invited to visit Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. E., 705-759-2522) for a Come & Go Memorial Visitation in Joe's honour on Monday, September 9, 2024 from 2:00 pm until 3:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations (made payable by cheque or online) to A.R.C.H., Fire and Emergency Township of Macdonald Meredith and Aberdeen or the Sault Area Hospital would be greatly appreciated by the family.
